Abs And T/c Light Staying On

    Hello!
I have a 2001 Astra SRI 2.2 16v Hatchback. The problem i have MAINLY happens in the morning when my car is cold. when i turn the engine on and all the lights come on for there system check and then go out, the T/C and ABS lights stay on. BUT..... strait away, when i turn my engine off, and then on again, this time they all go out!! they always, without fail go out the 2nd time i try. Anyone got any suggestions? it was put on the tester at vauxhalls and it found nothing. Only mod i have is larger diesel air intake with K&N filter. and i had a problem with the power sounder (what ever that is, i didnt see it) but that was replaced. my model does not have a T/C switch.
    Many thanks guys!
    Dave

Both front hubs have the sensors, though it's normally the passengers side one that gives more trouble.

Excuse my ignorance but does this mean that the wheel bearing is shot or just the sensor? My two lights come on sometime when I start up when they feel like. If it is just the sensor is it ok to leave it for a while? I've gotta pay out £350 to get my exhaust gasket sorted out can't afford any more just yet!

The sonsor is part of the hub and by the sounds of it the bearing is part of the hub to so the whole thing has to be replaced

Pattern part regularly available on ebay for around £60.
    Link
    This seller regularly lists them.
The Hub is a sealed unit, if either the sensor or the wheel bearing fails you have to replace the whole hub.

would this one fit a coupe turbo? my abs and t/c lights are coming on and it feels like the abs keeps kickin in even when brakin slowly.
