    Falken Tyres?

I need to replace a couple of tyres on the coupe, so thought I go the whole hog and get all 4 done. I've seen a set of Falken FK-451 Z-RATED tyres for £64.63 (From a good retailer). This seems a little cheap (obviously, the price is per tyre). Are these tyres any good? Or should I be looking at something better?

I had a set of the same tyres on my corsa and they seemed good with decent grip, but seemed to wear down quiet fast, which is why they are cheap! when replacig them i went for AVON ZV3's and they are aroud the same price but lasted much longer and tbh i thought there performance was better!

    Hope this helps

I used falkens on my old sri and they were great, not the best in the wet and as RMW says they wear out quickly. I now use Avon zz3's and they are excellent.

Wait, wait, I fitted some Kumho Ecsta's on my coupe turbo last week, and there slightley cheaper than the falkens, but their AMAZING, they dont skid on full throttle and the cornering is amazing in wet or dry, try the kumhos mate, type it in google if you dont believe me, there were right up there with the best for half the price.

my wheels have got falken ZE-512's on them and tbh the grip is amazing, even in the wet cos the tread pattern pushes surface water out to the sides of the wheels more

I had a set on my coupe turbo and they were crap, wore out quickly and didn't grip very well at all. I'd go for Toyo's (around the same price) or bridgestones if you have the money.
