Get up at 7, get out of bed about 20 past. In bed by anytime between half 11 and half 12, but if i go to bed earlier i usually sit there reading a bit or listening to the 'pod.

Im a bit of both go to bed around 10:30-11pm but often end up doing things on the net untill about 12ish.

I am up without fail every day including the weekends at 5am. I am much more productive in the morning. I suffer with insomonia but no where near how bad I was when I was growing up. I settled down when I was about 25 years old. I can function very well with no sleep, I just know its not wise with the millage and type of work I do.

Back when i was younger, could sleep for hours and hours, slept for 18 hours once, came downstairs and asked what was for breakfast and it was dinner time haha..

However.. Dunno whats causing it now, if i sleep more then 7 hours (like 7 hours 5 mins) i wake up with a BANGING headache.. So even on sundays, if i go to bed at 12 i gotta set my alarm for 7

    Proper poo i'm telling ya.
