    Vauxhall Technician Wanted

Sorry if this is in the wrong place or breaches any rules (please delete if it does, with my apologies) but we need to hire another Vauxhall technician and hoped that there are quite a few on here?

Anyhoo, Thorney Motorsport have expanded pretty rapidly and following our appointment as a warranty approved repairer for Vauxhall we need another technician urgently.

We need an experienced Vauxhall trained tech, ideally to Gold Level but if not we will commit to training you to Gold level as fast as possible (as we've done/are doing with our existing techs). The work is varied and interesting, we are a fully approved repairer so a lot of the work mirrors that of a normal Vauxhall dealer (we have the same systems and are basically identical to a dealer but don't sell cars) but at the same time we are one of the UK's largest tuning firms specialising in Vauxhall and BMW's.

We specialise in complete tuning ranging from power upgrades, engine swaps and turbo/non turbo enhancements, through complete brake upgrades, car geometry enhancements to complete race car build and prep (we race both BMW's and VX220's) and have arguably the most advanced dyno cell in the UK. We only fit the highest quality componants from the highest quality suppliers with whom we treat our relationship as one of partnership rather than simple supplier/retailer, some of our major partners include AP Racing, Milltek Sport, KW, Nitron, Schrick, Turbo Dynamics, Superchips etc etc.

What we need first and foremost is a car enthusiast committed to joining the team and willing to learn. We need considerable Vauxhall experience but will put in all the training needed to move you to a higher level. Full BMW training will be provided as well. All the team are on a salaried basis with a company wide bonus structure so earnings are related to how we do as a company rather than how many hours you put in.......we're currently booked 5 weeks straight so you can see how we need someone right now!

Interested applicants need to send a copy of their CV directly to me either via email (john@thorneymotorsport.co.uk) or fax (01908 238 799) and we'll arrange an interview at your earliest convenience.
