    Coupe Turbo decision

After thinking of selling the coupe for a bit, Ive decided to keep a her for a bit longer (more due to the fact that my plans on the Mk3 are going to take a lot longer than I had initially thought). After completing a few things in the last week (new Pioneer headunit, 12" sub & amp, new timing belt, rollers & water pump, fitted the Regal alloy lower polly V pulley and had the tracking re-done), Ive decided on a few exterior changes (Irmscher mirrors, Irmscher rear bumper extentions, front and rear bumpers re-painted), a few interior changes that I have sitting, Irmscher gearknob & handbrake lever. But Ive been having thoughts on what to do engine wise.

At the present the coupe is already sitting with around the 250bhp mark, but it does feel like it could take a bit more power. My decision is which way to go. In reality it will need atleast the VXR turbo fitting and a remap but I cant decide on a remap. Would like ot keep it CS as its current map is by them, but driving to Norfolk is a bit of a pain tbh.

True its a mighty trek to Norfolk for you but you get a hell a of long drive back to test all the new power out. if you have any niggly little other things then would get it all done at once so makes the journey worhtwhile.

sounds good dave, I like your plan so far - the irmscher extensions I have came off that car - give wallace performance a quick chat about their phase III software matey.

yeah I know what you mean - the P1 I have is great, love it, but if I was going down the route of a VXR turbo then it would probably be worth getting a map that had been tailored to that unit. Think you probably should just bite the bullet and go with the CS map? that said you could sell me your ecu in the meantime and get a blank one mapped by CS

    bumper - lol
