    Astra Sport ages

Just out of interest, and not sure if it has been done before i was wondering what age everyone was on Astra-Sport. there seems to be alot of people that mention there still living at home but they drive cars like GSi's and coupes etc. is insurance really that cheap or am i missing out on something, or are they like 25 and still at home?

Im 18 planning to be out my house within the next year, i drive a 1.6 8v Astra 5 door LS and im paying over £1400 a year insurance.

Anyway this is just out of curiosity!

    27. I bought a flat about 3 years ago.... at the time i drove an 1995 Cavalier 1.7TD, also drove a few other crappy cars like a 1991 Toyota corolla Auto and a 1994 Pug 405 1.6.... but now I have my coupe.

Although age and experience is a major consideration, so is location. when you move house, try to find it in an insurance friendly area.

im 25 in a few weeks..brett is 24...we both have our own place and have done for 4.5 years...bretts insurance is not too bad at all...theres a story about that ...but yeah its cheap.... we had no alternative but to go down the insurance route with his dad when brett had the car ...

we paid 340 finance/insurance for the car for 4 years plus our bills ect,so we wouldnt of been able to afford it otherwise

    all paid for now though

Most people have their ages in their profile.

I'm a young whipper snapper myself at 21, still living at home too but moving out this year if all goes well. I drive a 1.8 too, insurance is just about to renew at £714

oh forgot to say ..brett was pretty annoyed for quotes on the insurance for his motor... for me as a new driver with brett as a named driver my insurance was a lot cheaper than bretts and he been driving about 7-8 years

for me fully comp..it would of been just under 1,000
