A/C on astra g coupe diagram?

Is there such a thing? A diagram of the A/C system?

I have a leak and am fairly confident I know where it is, just would like to have a wee look at a schematic if possible.

There's 2 pipes at the front, between the turbo nd the rad. One has what looks like a heat shield on it of some sorts and it sounds like its one of them thats leaking. Tried some leak detection spray (squirty bottle with soapy water!) on it and there was no sign. Would like it fixed if its going to be chep and easy, but if its a chew and expensive, I can live without A/C for a while.

We use a leak detection dye that shows up under a special light

Ah. It was a refrigeration chap who did the refilling etc for me. Went through the whole process too. Vacuumed it out, tested it with oxygen free hydrogen then did a vacuum test and refilled it. There is a hissing sound and he said all the tests came out ok with no leaks detected. I will check the coldness of it all in the morning.

Use the leak dection dye at your own risk, last time i used it it ruined the compressor! (But that was on a 6 cylinder grasso compressor)

Probably the joint between the metal and rubber pipes under the airbox that's leaking. Seen a few of them go there, as the airbox rubs on the pipe.
