Sold the Coupe and Bought This.....

    Only joking

Woman in my street asked me to take it for a spin to see if it's "OK" as she just got it for her daughter as a first car..

I must say, although very little power from the 1.7 petrol engine, it sticks to the floor on bends very well...
Its gonna take pride of place behind my Coupe for a week as her birthday is not till next sunday.. I have been asked if I will give it a good clean for her as well so gonna do that next Saturday.

1.7 Ford Puma as a first car?

... arent they like a group 12 or summet? I know a lass that has the 1.4 Puma and shes 19 ... she wanted the 1.7 but couldnt get insurance on it.

So good luck with her insurance.

Tell her she should've got one of these instead.

i think the 1700 is a nice engine does pull but the noise is great. trying to resuade my missus to drop it a little would look so much better then, but as said the st160 is very harsh but great with the lsd!

My cousin sister got a Puma as a first car too... very nice cars for a girl.
I took it out for a test drive and boy does that thing stick to the road! I was very impressed by the whole package... but its a ford... guarenteed that the interior will start to fall apart.

my ex had the 1.6 puma, stuck to the road good. more of a girly car then a blokes car.

apart from the puma racing (st160) my friend had one of them when they first got released and he got invited to a track day at silverstone. they certainly go around a track well.
life's to fast to go slow. so get the turbo.
