    when i had mine done i was told there wasnt a z20let kit as such - just the parts needed (which we could call a kit) get the water pump done to while your down there

    Yea I was told there is no kit which is why I asked.

    My engine is being rebuilt next month so starting to get the bits together.

    Doing all bearings, cambelt and rollers, water pump all gasgets.

    Not sure what the bore is going to be like but hoping all it needs is a hone and new rings.

    If not its a rebore and pistons at about £550

    There is a kit for the Z20LET as I got one last year from autovaux

    It worked out at just under £83 delivered where as Vauxhall wanted nearer £120

    Yep Vauxhall do a kit for the Z20LET.

    However IIRC no kit is above £100 retail! So where your dealer got that price from Andy????

    I think I asked Vauxhall before a kit was avaiable so got quoted for all bits seperatlt then struck it lucky when I called autovaux as the kit was only just out
