    Not too sound piss taking but do a search mate, been cover a billion zillion times.

    But i use vaux 10w 40 semi synethic in mine

    Didnt realise the semi stuff was suitable?! Hmmm...

    it is suitable but i woulnt use it

    yet again turbo dynamics and regal recommend it

    Regals recommend and only use Fully Synth in every Turbo car, be it Diesel or Petrol. 5W-40 is all they stock for the Zlets - vaux own brand too

    well when i had ph3 dun i can tell u tha they put 10w40 semi in as i cn them do it and he told me after i had ph2 dun to use it to as its thicker to coat all moving parts that bit better which i find a bit strange
