which discs?? Omp red dot or ebc??

As above, need some new discs and gonna go for some perfomance ones.
Which of the above do you think best?
Preferaby i want drilled, i think the omp and the red dot are, think the ebc are just dimpled....what you reckon? also whch pads would you use??

dimpled are better than drilled. Drilled discs tend to crack. Dimpled dont.
    EBC would be my choice

Hhhmm not sure now, was kind of aware that they can crack, just think they look much better, saw them on a merc in car park at work looked good.
Do you not reckon the dimples well wear away after a few thousand miles??

Are you using ebc discs and green stuff pads? Would you say there a good upgrade?

I do wish people would stop saying that drilled discs crack. They have been known to crack but they are usually sub standard cheapo discs. Buy a decent set of discs and it won't happen. I've had mine on for a year and have totally thrashed them, I've had them so hot they were glowing and they still look great and perform even better. They show no signs of cracking whatsoever.

Mine are Tarox Sport Japans BTW. Front and back.
