    Dump Valve help....

    have bought this DV

    http://www.m1gst.com/vb/showthread.php?t=62836

(thanks wiley) and should arrive with me early next week,

my question is, the pipe that he says is missing (the small one that comes from the top of the DV????) where can i get this from,
if im thinking of the correct type of pipe, i have found it for sale on ebay but is for loads of it, and i assume i only need a little bit...

does anyone know 100% what i need and where can i get it from? or even better does someone habe some spare lying around they would be willing to sell?

This is Samco's website, with the hose you need:

    http://www.samcosport.com/vaccum.asp

They don't sell direct, but have a peek at their distribution network, to see who can supply the length you require.

Try and get a hard pipe if you can, they work much better with a stiff vacuum pipe as the hose does not expand and contract before opening or closing the DV. I have got one available if you are interested. are you blanking the OE DV off or running them both together?

It might be worth giving Bailey a ring direct, i'm sure they'd sell you a peice for not much money. Even a local fixings company may be able to help? Failing that, what about Regal? I'm sure they'd have some lying around. Or, if not they could fashion something to fit
