    what else?

    not sure if this is in right section basically my girlfriend has a mk4 astra 1.8 sport few weeks back she hit a curb maximum speed of 20-30 miles an hour it bent bottom arm so fixed that then ive changed strut and its bit staighter also new alloys but the wheel is still in at bottom a fair bit what esle goes on these are they soft cars for bending its starting to get expensive job
    any advice here would be good

    As said above it may be the strut. How does the car feel when it's driving?

    ive put new struts on and still bend that did straighten it a little

    Possibly the steering arm/track rod end is a bit out of kilter as well - they are desigend to give on bumps like you describe

    I did the same and the bill is coming to around £2500, but that is through insurance so I'm sure there's a few parts being replaced that don't really need to be.

    Sorry, but if you hit any car in to a kerb at 30 mph, its gonna bend something, you can knock you tracking out just by hitting a pot hole.

    i said maximium 30 mph id say more like 15 so suprised by all damage guess new cars bend easilly i hit my nova at over 50mph and only bent bottom arm £2500 ouch her cars not worth that ill send it to garage now for check over

    Not certain how an astra is set up to be honest as I'm a ford person (no more grief please) but could this have bent the subframe?
