    Backbox gasket part number?

    Bought an irmy backbox of Norm29 today, (Cheers mate) does anyone know the part number for the gasket ill need and spring bolts? If they have a part number that is. Like to be prepared dib dib dib an all that.

    you need one gasket two bolts and two springs. the springs (pair) are 90234204. This is all i have info wise but vauxhall should know what your talking about.

    i paid a couple of quid max for the gasket from my local spares place. just used the old springs n bolts tho.

    Cheers mate thought it would be just a few quid but just in case i got a suprise, though id put a few feelers out.

    i take it u mean the little mesh o ring gasket - £3.50 is what it cost me iirc. god knows what the stealers - oops i mean dealers charge

    yes mate thats what im after, I know what vx are like so will try an autospares place instead. Is it the same gasket for the nornal box then or with they specifically stock one for the irmy box?

    Thanks alot mate, just need to see if the motor will go up on te ancient ramps i have now. Otherwise down to the local exhaust place.

    ramps!!! just for a backbox! dont be daft - u can do it without ramps or a jack if ur brave. or with just a jack if ur not safety conscious! like me!
