    weber carbs

    just wondering how/where carbs fit,for some reason i thought they only fitted on 8v engines???

    You can carb any engine.

    if it's twin, twin choke carbs you mena - then you they fit on the head, replacing the standard inlet manifold, and throttlebody (plus a few other bits)

    its only cos ive seen a 1.6 16v ecotech engine aparently putting out 150bhp standard with just twin webers on,is this a possible figure? 50% power gain seems like too much!

    It is with other engine mods - cams flowed head etc, etc
