Changing wheel with aftermarket sideskirts fitted

Probably a stupid question but,,, I am looking to change the standard sidskirts on my astra mk4. I have changed wheels ie back to front when front ones run low and had to remove a plastic cover to get to the jack point. Looking at getting some aftermarket ones but they dont appear to have a removable cover. Does this cause a problem when jacking the car up?

The skirts shouldnt cover the jacking points.

I know all the ones I have seen on MK4's dont.

They are deeper and look like they cover them but the skirts dont attach to the bottom of the sill normaly (Just a few brackets to secure them)

These are Reiger skirt fitting: http://madcoo.fotopic.net/c839809.html
