    Powerflow exhaust fabricator thats me!!!!

    Hi y'all names deano i work at the speed shop in dover kent and i custom build systems using powerflow products i love my job if anyone out there has one of my zorsts on their car let me know how its doing am always looking for input constructive or otherwise cheers then deanodagoat

    Do they still use normal welding wire that rust's or do you now use stainless steel welding wire so it doesnt rust?

    Yea the systems are good,

    Its the welds that join the pipes to the boxes that went on 2 of my cars

    if they lay down as much weld as I had on my old Power Flow, can't see that rotting through for a long while.

    Might not be the mild steel wire you guys have problems with but the penetration into the stainless components.

    I had very thick tubing on mine so they were able to up the amps to get a nice strong weld

    Deano - are you able to build one off custom systems?

    I'm doing a Garrett T34 conversion and need a custom 3" system with sports cat and downpipe (pre-cat) to include plumbing of an external wastegate exhaust exit into the system? (prob after lambda?) The car is an 888 (astra coupe) and I'd be looking also at twin exit pipes (one either side)?
