whoooo hooo no more iritating seat

finally got roundto fixing my creaking seat, and let me just say, If vauxhall had of greased the moving parts during manfacturer this would have solved the problem, greased every moving part up and its creak free. Had to take the cover off the seats to get to it and greased up the seat height adjuster, looks like its done the trick.
Now just to get my noggin around this wore alacantara and how to tidy it up

And as for being made by recaro and not badging because of licencing (my main dealer told me this) they are not they are made by johnson controls that make the majority of seating for most car manufacturers, Explains why they were greased? mate worked there for a bit

coupe seats mate the half leather alacantara jobbies easy enough to do, you need to remove the back of the seat cover it just unclips off there a half moon steel support with nylon bushes, atached to some big springs that keep the tension of the bar. the creak was coming mainly from there so undo the two retaining bolts, grease up, and re fit, and any spring or moving part grease up, and if you can not reach it then spray some good penitration oil. I used lubrice from auto smart very god stuff. Then grease the seat hight adjuster removing al bolts and grease them up and re fit. time consuming but worth it.
Gave me an excuse to clean the carpet in places I can not reach and tidy up cabling too.
