its a straight swap over. with the vxr actuator the standard setting is with the wastegate arm set midway up the threaded bar.

It's a precise setting, so that it opens as the correct pressure. The only way to set it properly is with a compression tool that measures the pressure that it opens at. Just a small amount (like 1/4 of a turn) can make a lot of difference.

Runs pretty much fine with the default markings set and marked in red.

Top nut is already locked so you only need to put it on and tighten the bottom nut.

Mine was even holding 13psi at 90-100 this morning!

Boost used to be a bit all over the shop before.

It's a lot better than the std z20let one and as good as the Regal 10-12 psi one they sell for £150.

Th Z20LEH actuator is the same as the Z20LET actuator, ask Courtenay or KKK. People think they are 'uprated' because these actuators tire very quickly, so bolting on a new one makes it work better. Get a Courtenay or Regal uprated actuator if you want better boost control, my Courtenay actuator makes the boost control almost digital when you watch the gauge

    Except they look totally different!

The lock nuts and the adjuster rod appears to be made of something different, maybe more heat resistant?
