    just a idea for turbo

    he everyone i fancy a bit more power out of my 1.8 sri cant aford z20let conversion and regal do turbo kits but im assuming the bike hike in power would need to strengten most of engine i was thinking of a desiel 1.7 low blow turbo guess it would give bit more power down low and shouldnt need to strengten anything just wonder if theres somthing blatantly obvious iv mised and what bits bould be reqired so for can think of custom manifold which with time and persistance think might be posible could get the intercooler from same desiel van bit of piping for from airbox to turbo to inter cooler to throtle body and modded air box any input would be helpful befor i waste my money

    forgot the engine managment wouldnt a super chip and a rolling road sort that out

    You also forgot that a low blow diesel turbo probally won't last long on a petrol engine due to the addtional heat.

    You'll end up spending nearly as much and finishing up with an inferior product.

    ....and the Dbilas Turbo kit that regal sell is certified and requires no internal engine changes

    If your car is kitted/modded and you love the way it looks then got for the turbo (either kit of engine swap)

    Otherwise your almost always better of changing cars.
    (i.e. to insure a standard turbo would most likely be cheaper than insuring a turbo converted one)
