    Why?

    Why is it impossible to get one of the best films ever made on DVD?

    Yes, it's available, but apparently, Blade Runner is a deleted film and the only DVDs available are the ones you find on ebay going for upwards of £20. Now it's not expensive, but just don't understand with it being such an impressive and raved about film, that it was deleted and never to be sold again.

    My video player ate my current copy.

    christ they used to give that free with every dvd player you bought way back when!

    It was one of the first dvds to be released.

    there are region 1 dvds on amazon mate, but a little pricey!

    If the thing is not in circulation anymore and you cannot buy it from the film publishers, then tough titties....copy away I say.

    They aren't loosing out as the friggin' thing isn't for sale anymore.
