    Angry Black Sapphire paint scratches

My Saphy Zaffy has a few scratches on its otherwise unscathed paintwork which have resulted in the white undercoat layer showing through.

I want to get rid of these, but what is the best way? On my Astra in Ultra Blue I have successfully used the T-cut scratch remover and it works a treat. However, this is Metalic not Pealescent, and does not appear to have the white undercoat to show through when scratched.

I haven't attempted this on the Zaffy yet as it says 'do not use if the laquer layer is damaged- on the T-cut packet - which I assume it must be damaged to be showing the white undercoat !

Anyone with a black sapphire car had any success ? I now have some proper Vauxhall touch-up paint too, but normally make a mess using it!

many scratches can be cut out using normal 't' cut, but it will take a good eye to know if it will or wont cut out. providing it hasnt gone down through the lacquer then you can get away with a cut back.

if the scratch is down to the paintwork... forget it.
