    Meguiars Hot Rims

Meguiars Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner.....

I used this product today....and can wholeheartedly recommend it.
I've been neglecting the front rims of teh VXR recently and they had gathered a fair anount of brake dust and grime.

Shake this stuff up, spray it on, leave for 15 secs (yes only 15 seconds ! )
Then hose it off using a powerful jet of water (the hose was sufficient).

The jet just washed most of the grim off - amazing. I repeated it to get the long term stuff of, but could have wiped and rinsed because it loosened the grime suitably.

Buy some - it Rocks !

And a relatively safe product aswell, as its citric based, rather than heavily acidic like some other wheel cleaners.

So i have been told anyway.

Might need to give that a go. The autoglym stuff is really harsh - i dilute with water.

You could always try cleaning them on a regular basis Coo , then there would be no need to attack the wheels with chemicals

I've got Hot Rims as well. Very good product.

I've also found that using some of the Gold Class shampoo is great on your alloys as well.

    Used mine yesterday too.

If you have alloys with baked on brake dust dont expect it to get that off.

But if have alloys that are in good condition and have no brake dust baked on then this stuff is ideal.

Gets the thumbs up from me
