    What next?

Right then ive ordered a remus sports center pipe, got a magnex back-box, de-resticteted airbox with a courtenay motorsport filter and Vetra C intake pipe.

Want to spend about another £1000-£1500ish on some engine mods then im gonna leave it! What mods would you recommend next that would work well on a Asta g 1.6 16v sxi??

And after this is all done any idea how much bhp it will be running?

    Cheers!

owning a 1.6 sxi 3 door as well m8, i can truthfull say i woudlnt bother to spend 1.5 k on the engine there is just no point,

if u have that to spend on the car sell the 1.6 and get either a 1.8 or 2.0 and work on that as ull get much more out of the engine, or just work on the look of the 1.6 and just enjoy driving it if you really want more power upgrade to bigger engine, the 1.6 is a nippy car but will not stand up against alot of things

but everyone to there own gl luk with what ever u do bud and keep us informed

For £1500 you could get a Z20LET 2.0 16V Turbo engine put in. Thats your best bet. But I have heard its possible to tune a 1.6 16v engine to 200bhp, as I know of a magazine featured corsa gsi being tuned up to those figures, without the aid of a turbo.
