    Calling tech heads again

Does anyone know how to create and send html email shots? we want to send a load to our customers, and have created an html page also in gif form with what we want to send. the page also has links to our preferred business partners, and also a alt texts when the curser is hovered over certain things. However, on loading it into outlook express as a stationary background, none of the links or hot spots work...what are we doing wrong? we arent overly qualified in web design but know bits and pieces.

The problem is probably that you are using outlook express.
Sending things like HTML webshots are a bit more complex than the free outlook express was designed for.
My suggestion would be to use Outlook, and HTML email style, then the html page should display properly.

If you want to email me the file, and I can try it for you - before you go out and buy Outlook?!?

No problem - glad that finally spending 8 hours+ a day glaring at a computer screen has finally benefited someone!!!
