just dont want it to be bottom end, does anyone know if this could be due to a leaking manifold?

Apparently (and I can't vouch for this), but I heard the some Bosch systems test the injectors by cutting each one individually at idle at a given internal.

Thats interesting.... Mine does the slight jurk now and again when ticking over. Normally its completely smooth tick over I was well impressed with vauxhall engines.

If you are running standard settings, get Iridium spec plugs with a 1.2mm gap, with uprated boost go for 0.8mm gap, this will help the spark to be stronger and stop the miss idle. The stock plugs are the same as a 1.0 12v Corsa, so go figure

And the ECU is the same as fitted to a 1.2 Corsa!

If you run over 17psi overboost, go less than 0.8mm gap. I'm using 0.7mm as I was getting a odd missfire at full boost running 0.8mm.

iv just changed my plugs recently for vauxhall items (was due) thinking it will cure this, but it never made a difference.

im not really bothered about it aslong as its not causing any damage!
