1.9CDti's (16vs) they are seeing near 190bhp with tuning boxes and a healthy amount of torque. On average they gain around 30% in power, with the tuning boxes. With remaps the power will be greater and matched to the car.

    2.0 Dti's 130bhp... not common rail though.
There was a member on here with a 2.0 Di standard 82bhp and it had 130bhp when modded. Suppose its just a case of uprating parts etc and making sure the internals dont cook

The VW guys have more experience with the tuning IMHO with vauxhall its still an area only few people know about.

Just seen that Regal AutoSports do a kit for the 1.9 CDTi that makes 200BHP from the 120/150bhp engine with an amazing 350 ft/lb torque!

Think that wil be only from the 150bhp. The 120bhp will make about 160-170bhp

The 120 horse 1.9 is only 8v, so won't pull anywhere near as much as the 1.9 150 horse 16v unit.

130hp is reasonable for the 2.0DTi - a better turbo would probably help to go a bit further.

The recent 120 CDTIs are detuned 16V units (mistake I made) the Vectra 120s are still 8V.

incorrect, the OLD 1.9 120's were 16vs all the new ones are 8v's

My 1.9 CDTi is 196.5 bhp and 303.9 lbs ft (RR proven), running a Powerklick Green tuning box.

Will be getting it up to either 220 or 240 next year depending on money situation, which will include a remap, bigger turbo and intercooler.
