This might sound crazy but me and couple of mates came up with this idea...we've set ourselfs a budget of £250 maximum spend on a car...in which we must buy the car, make it driveable(ish) and mod the car - cheapo mods allowed and it doesnt have to be for road use exactly
We're all students and have nothing much better to do for fun...so as stupid as it may sound to some of you guys we're gunna be modding our £100 cars this summer...at the end of which I will post a poll on a few forums and create a total score for each car...cars will be voted on for good looks (lol), comedy factor, and a short drag race or 0-40mph times
To make things more interesting, it'll be a competition...we're all gunna put £50 in the pot now...and the winner of the voting competition will win the pot
The motive behind this idea was really to learn more about cars in general...dismantle and re-assemble everything ourselfs (no mechanics allowed) Reckon this is a good idea? or totally ludicrous?
