I have the Miltek exhaust on my GSI and it's perfect. A great balance of noise under load but lovley and quite when you standing still. Once they get a few miles on them they really bed in and give excellent performance as well.

    Highly recommended !!

Well.... I've had a look/listen..... My Milltek FULL system has been ordered...

thorney are going to fit it for me......... They said with an otherwise standard car I would be looking at 18-20bhp..... Plus when I go further I wont have to buy an exhaust.

18-20bhp is way optimistic mate, and Im afraid the chances of you getting that sort of gain are extreamly slim. When I had mine done it was RR'd before and after and gained nothig in terms of BHP just 7 or 8lbs of extra Torque. Once it's bedded in it should start to make a difference though and you will see some modest gains from it - perhaps 4 or 5 bhp at the most.

EDIT - If the full system contains the precat then that increase may come up to around 15bhp but I still think you would be lucky to get 18-20

With a High Flow cat and precat pipe as well you may get to 20bhp. What's that little lot costing you in total ??

To be honest bhp increase doesnt really figure in things like this IMO. No-one can gaurentee its going to give x,y or z, the main thing is it will help the car perform better and is a good start for further upgrades, nice purchase.
