    Best oil for coupe turbo??

My coupe turbo is going in for a service at vaux next month, just wondering what is the best oil to put in them? It is standard bar a set of iridium plugs. I belive the previous owner used fully synth vaux oil.
I am guessing they will put semi in for a masterfit major service? maybe fully synth for a bit extra???
    what are you guys using/reccomend?

Depending on mileage then too thin an oil will mean it leaks through the turbo seals, something mine used to do. Currently have 10w 40 fully synethic Ams oil from courtenay sport in mine, works a treat, still looks fairly decent after 4000 miles.

You should always use what they recommend... If vauxhall use 5 - 30 thats what should be used for best protection from cold and when hot!
