    Question Hella front light adjustment

Vauxhall are now saying that the beam from one of the front lights is set too high but they cannot see any way of adjusting them.

They are the Hella lights with 3 sections per side.

Can anyone shed some light on this please as I don`t have access to the car at the moment.

Very ##ssed off as they didn`t tell me this when it went in on Monday, and the MOT runs out today.

    Ahhhhhhh.

Take it to the MOT place, they should do it for you, I have the same ones, and both mine were out of alignment near side being very bad and way to low.
They did it in under 5 minutes and cost me less than 15 quid.

Vauxhall often won't do something if it's not a vauxhall part.

    Vauxhall are doing the MOT.

Failed on Monday, numberplate LED not working and Hazard switch missing, wasn`t told about the lights being out of alignment.

Vauxhall are a bunch of dorks, my car passed.

Numberplate light on mine was not working, lights where out of alignment but the guys fixed this as the MOT guy tested the car, no re-test needed, they just did the work as they went and gave me a years MOT, simple and all done in under an hour.

Paid 60 quid in total for MOT and work done including VAT.

But tell Vauxhall, they can change the height of the beam by the fixing screw inside/under the top plate (that needs to be removed)

Other than that, tell them at vauxhall that if they are confused by a Hella light, then ask how they can call themselves professionals......
