    engine magement light

sometimesd when starting the car (astra sri 99) the management light comes on and stays on for the remainder of the journey no difference in car performance,, if i restart the engine it will go out and stay out.. it just seems to only come on at start sometimes so turning the key on and of a few times makes it disappear what could this be i have tried leaving the battery off over night in case it was crap stored in ecu...

Can't find my comprehensive list but as I read those codes you have

EDIT found the list but sure of the codes

1450 - Unable to bleed up fuel tank vacuum??????
    0170 - Fuel Trim Malfunction (Bank 1)????
0130 - Heated Exhaust Gas Oxygen (HEGO) sensor
0120 - Throttle potentiometer sensor (TPS)

These are the lists I just used, one is in Russian and I have no idea if the codes are relevant

    No problem mate.

Autovaux I think is the name of the company that is reccomended by a few on here. If that oxygen sensor is the lambda sensor then I'm after one as well so I'll let you know if I find one cheaper and if you could do the same. With the oxygen sensor I was going to remove it and see if giving it a clean helps as it must get well choked up with carbon.

you cant clean a lamda sensor.ive just got a universal one at a motor factors for 55quid.just cut ur original vx plug and solder to new lamda.
ull ned a torque wrench or long bar on ur ratchet as there practically welded in.
