    How do i clean my O.E. Dump Valve???

    Does anyone have a detailed guide on how to do this please??

    Locate the DV and remove the vacuum pipe (you will hear a pssss as the vacuum releases). Remove the 3 bolts holding the top on and remove. Now this sounds easy, but it isn't!! There are things in the way such as the solenoid valve. Best to remove as much as you can in order to get enough space to work in.

    Physically cleaning is can be done with carb cleaner, although probably best to finish off with WD40 to help with initial lubrication and carb cleaner can dry it out.

    If you do this, why not write a how to?

    No problem. I forgot to mention that putting it back together can be fiddly. Make sure you do not rush it and that you are sure everything lines up properly before tightening it up.
