    Question Smoothing in bumper

    I am thinking of getting the extension to the bumper shown in the pic below. Has anyone fillered the red circled bit and smoothed round the sides? would it work or just crack as the bumper will flex?

    As long as you get a good bodyshop to do it then it should be ok.

    It will only crack if you hit it going over speed bumps or similar.

    Apart from that it will be fine.

    1. what would be the chances of cracking where the filler was in the joint? (has anyone else just filled this bit)

    2. would i be able to fill it myself? (i have some experiance, rebuilding nova my arches and doors!!!) or would you recomend i get it done by a body shop?
