    it will probably be the power steering reaching its limit and still trying to work....
    perfectly normal

    probably not mate you sometimes get that kind of knoise from the powered stearing (if you have it that is)

    Does it happen only on full lock and full lock both ways? It could be power steering but that would be more of a wineing sound. It is possable it could be the CV joint but that would happen not just on full lock but say from a quarter turn right through to full lock.
