    pace or courtenay (aftermarket intercooler sizes)

    hi wondered if anyone could measure the core size and the inlet and outlet pipe size for me please? or knows off the top of their head?

    Andy, i've just had the Regal FMIC, here's the sizes if thats any good

    Regal FMIC size; length 650mm, height 230mm depth 50 mm, all pipework is 60mm

    i wasnt in my astra so its ok you didnt spot me

    ive found two intercoolers ones 600x240x65 with 60mm outlets and ones 600 x 165 x 65 mm with 50mm pipes

    dont know if its better to go bigger (loss or pressure?) or smaller (not cooling enough but better than standard)

    i would'nt go any bigger than the first one you qouted, gota say the deal i had at regal i'm dead chuffed with mine

    hmmm by measurement the regal is 7.5 litre capacity
    the larger one ive found is 9.4 litre
    and the smaller one is 6.5 litres

    so its bigger or smaller than the regal!!! ???

    9.4 is big i think it might be to big but im defo no expert, i suppose it depends on what map your running. Any FMIC is miles better than the OE one.
