    OBDII readers?

    I have a carpc and software for OBDII reading but looking for an interface.

    Anyone use one?

    they dont work with mk4's... tried failed and tried some more.. ask simon_dti.. as he's now the owner of my old interface.. and he's tried and failed too

    i'd be interested in this, as my incarpc is work in progress, you tried asking on digitcal-car or mp3car lee? im sure ive seen you on one of those? :s

    Yea looked about on mp3car (Seen Skuzzle there too) but no solid info.

    I know Regal use some sort of reader but I dont know if thats Tech2 or what it is

    From looking about on the net it seems that if you have a 2000 in astra then there are ones that 'should' work with the car

    I thought the OBDII did work with MK4s, but only after 2001/02 models?

    they work from 2000 in petrol and 2003 in diesel, but alas my MY2003 (built very late 2002) doesn't work.

    im looking into this to with my car PC, the vixen machines that the AA uses are OBD1 and it worked on the mk5 astra

    MK4 1.8 16V Sport and MK5 CDTi Estate
