Lee - you don't want that setup as there is not enough silicon which transmits engine movement to the IC causing damage. Check out the new Courtenay setup below:

The new Courtenay Astra H setup is definately the best one to go for, as Mike said the extra length of silicone hose allows for extra movement.

Plus - the metal section is the same size as the Astra H plastic section, so you could do what I did and have the silicon pipes on a plastic Astra H pipe (with water injection).

If you are interested in my mates one, PM me, its the same as the photo, in perfect condition, with the connection hoses and does not have a DV outlet on it, not sure what he wants for it though

A local place welded on a dump valve outlet for me (The pictures are of my car) and he asked if I wanted other powerpipes made.

I was thinking about getting a group buy going as he only wants £50 a piece for them but wouldnt include the silicon hose.

Might be worth me looking into a length of silocon hose as a kit would probably only work out about £65. Depends how many would be intersted though.

I will get a sample made I think
