noises, rumbles, groans from front after lowering

I had adjustable coilovers fitted down at motosave (as it was fairly cheap there) about 3 weeks ago or so.

over the last few days, there are odd rough groan/rumble/dragging sounds now and then, and they can be felt too.

when braking its like somthing is interfering and causing an odd rough feeling, feeding back to the wheel.

    just aint right.

any ideas? wrong balancing? buggered wheel camber? tracking? rubbing?

i can get nearly 2 fingers between wheel and arch (perhaps not even that). so it is low, and seems potential for some rubbing to occur.
