    Question Nankang NS2 Tyres?

Anybody, had, or have these tyres on their astra? Are they any good? or should I stay away?

I have them on my old set of rims. It's a budget tyre but i've had worse

For the money i'd rather have Avon's

Nankang = the old rubbish machines Yokohama threw out.

Make of that as you will.

I had cracking problems with mine. (between the tyre wall/tread) the front two were worst.

For safety reasons i decided to replace those two this year and other two next....

    for Toyo Proxies.

Spend a bit more and get a better tyre. Remember it's your safety.

Despite the comedy name, the Kingstar tyres I have on the back of mine are reasonable. They're a Hankook brand, cheap as a cheap thing, but they grip reasonably.

I've had other Kingstars in the past too and they were fine. In fact, the ones I had on my old Laguna were better than the Goodyears they replaced.

i have them on some 17" and they are a pain in the wet! if you are getting them from rochfordtyres then the £40 upgrade to toyo proxies will be well worth it!
