    Opinions on wheels....

    Hi,

Just looking for opinions on some wheels I now have the pleasure of owning both of thanks to Geoff and Tees for their kins services.... Those Old Schoolers of you will know what they are...

    Plan on keeping both sets.....

Here is my car as she stands at the moment.

But got a hold of a set of wheels I have been after for many many years now and am so chuffed to bits with them though they may need a re-furb.

Quick Photoshop using Ffoeg's 2.2 and RICHIE's stunning 1.8 Sport

    they're bloody good photo shops!!!
I reckon they'll look good, don't think I've seen em before so look different from most stuff out there. Although I do love those vectra rims you have at the moment!

    5 stud allessios. They'll be 17" Mat.

Nice choice, but have to say, I prefer the Vectra C rims on it at the moment.

    Do like that car.

Nice nice Mr. C, I remember you talking about them before. Still loving the Veccy rimmage.

    Thanks for the replies people......

Yeah they are 7x17 inch Speedline Alesio 4's which are the 5-stud versions of the Alesio 2's with the centre caps. Haven't had a chance to check out the ET offset size but from my last set they should be as close to ET49 as possible.

These are even harded to get a hold of than a set of Steedline Mistral's as fitted to the Vectra Supertouring ST200. Like the Mistrals these stopped being produced many years ago, but the Alesio 2's can still be bought... So I got me some rocking horse poo....

Craig, agree the Alesio 2's suit the Nova/Corsa, but I have been after these for as long as I can remember and finally had a chance of getting some in the right PCD size, as som of you may remember I boughe a mint set of these when I joined the forum only to discover they were PCD 114 which was a killer blow....

But don't worry I will be keeping the Vectra rims as I love them, just a pain to clean And I like to be differnt but original to the Vauxhall look... Only prob is as those who know me, I have a serious amount of wheels and tyres now....

Won't be fitting them till the better weather anyway as want to get them cleaned up, but may do a trail fit to se what they look like. The photoshops are Ok but still not the same as real life....
