    New alloy question

I have had to order a new alloy for the astra and it arrived the other day so i am all ready to put a tyre on and get it on the car when i notice there is no weights inside the alloy?? i'm pretty sure the other three alloys have got them so do i need to get it weighted before it goes on the car or can it just go on?? any help would be great as i've had enough with wheels and just want the damn thing on the car

they'll put the weights on when you get the tyre! If they balanced just the rim, by the time you've got rubber on it it'll be wrong!

You won't have to ask. All tyres fitted are (read should be) balanced before being put on the car. Make sure you watch em though. Worth getting the tracking done too - esp after all them potholes you've been over !
