The general opinion is the standard Toyota Silver is a pretty good match.

Thanks for that... was thinking of refurbing some wheels. But i need a nice shade of silver as the standard ones have a sparkly look to them. I dont want to do them Star silver as my car is that colour. Just looking around at the moment. Would i be able to get silver paint with flakes in a aerosol?

Not sure mate, but the Toyota colour is a flat silver with no flakes. I'd imagine you'd need to air spray to get any decent flaking.

Toyota silver is what my SXi alloys were painted in, 8 coats of paint and 2 coats of lacquer!! It was the closest match the bodyshop could find to the original colour.

I sprayed the centre caps of my MR2 wheels in, "ahem"... f o r d moonstone silver, matches the standard wheels very well... so that could be an option for you. Its quite a nice silver aswell
