Make your own indictor bulbs that donít look like a egg

Make your own indictor bulbs that donít look like a egg
You will need a set of orange indictor bulbs and some paint
It also helps if you spray them in the bulb holders
just take your time painting them just dust the paint on from about 30cm away
Leave to dry for about 30 mins or over night then fit back to the car
They will turn out some thing like this will take some pics and do a how 2
As I am doing a set for the corsa 2moro

I paid £6.99 for my chrome indicator bulbs - cheapy Type VR ones but they work fine. So probably only worthwhile if you've got some silver spray paint left lying about in cans. No point buying the paint especially!

Good idea. I would be slightly worried about them being seen though. Not for legal, but more incase: I'm catching a car in front on a dual carriage way, I indicate right and move out to overtake and Doris in the car infront didn't see my indicator as it's too dim and she moves right infront of me.

Are they easy to see? I guess the above scenario is most a problem when it's dark, but then the bulbs would be slightly easier to see then anyway.
