make sure the wheel nuts are up tight m8, and the wheels centred on the spiggot right.

making sure the wheel is central on the bit that pokes through the wheel....this holds the majority of the weight, so i would make sure the wheel is sitting up to the hub correctly and make sure the wheel nuts are tight, but not that tight its impossible to get them undone for the next possible puncture.
They just need to be nipped up so that there tight but you havent got to strain yourself to tighten them.

i have this from front offside wheel. checked everything, brakes etc. sounds like a lolly stick in a bike wheel!
put my old wheels back on and no noise. taking wheel in on saturday to get the tyre off cos think there is something inside. a mate said he had this problem and the nut had come off the valve and was bouncing around inside the tyre.
