Arrow Insp light in the dash

I know it usually means it needs servicing, but my dads changed the oil and oil filter a few months ago. So do you think it could be showing up for any other reason?

And i know there's a way to get rid the INSP by holding the button in that resets the miles and turning the ignition on and off or something similar? Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it cuz it's annoying seeing that pop up everytime i start the car.

    Thanks!

The light is linked to a time thing rather than miliage although it might come on earlier if you do 20K+ a year
