    engine cut out?

was on the M1 a few days back doing 80MPH using cruise control, and suddenly the revs started dropping, even with the pedal to the floor. Once i pulled over the revs wernt sounding too good, bouncing up and down. Once i switched the ignition on and off the problem was sorted!
Anybody know what it could be?
Cars only got 4k on the clock!

Sounds like a dodgey air flow meter to me, get it back to vauxhall asap, and ask them to try a new AFM because Tec 2 (vauxhalls diagnostics system) wont pick the fault up, as I found out
