    anyone recomend a wheel protector for winter?

    now the crappy winter is here i want to know if there is a type of wheel wax avaliable so the salt on the roads doesnt eat into my wheels paint finish?

    Auto Glym do a "Wheel Seal" in an aerosole spray, dunno if it's any good but maybe you could be a guinea pig!

    some people sell there old wheels as there skint and have no where to store them anyway

    do what i did look for a set of winter wheels std vauxhall ones mate just for winter
    is your car 4 or 5 stud i know some one a few sets of nice vxl rims

    i use normal wax on mine,
    i use ther stage 3 megs on the rims as well as my car..
    OEM+ + more smoothing..

    normal wax works fine last year i used mer wax on the wheels an they was fine
    get a hard wax for the wheels a man made wax would be better
    stage 3 megs would not last that long on the rims i would say as they can get hot from the brakes
    got 1L from tesco for £3 still using it on the wheels now

    Just autgolym Super resin polish and then the extra gloss protection it doesn't melt due to it being a sealant, just make sure the rims are spotless.
