    Mot

Its been so long since I've had a car MOT'd, and my company car is coming up to 3 years old. What documents will I need to have in order to get an MOT nowadays?
why do today what you can...... I'll finish this later

£44.15 is the proper rate for an MOT - but shop around as some may do it a bit cheaper, or throw in a free retest

if you take your v5 you'll get the mot running from the day of it's registration. if not it will be from the day of it's test

A few guys found a £20 document rolled up and stuck into the bumper used to work wonders too. Shame it's all automatic computerised MOT testing here now, so the tester doesn't know if the car is going to pass or not until the certificate comes out of the printer (or not if you're unlucky).

My last MOT test cost me £19... think that was trade price

My car is due for it's first MOT in about a month... not sure whether to get another cheap one done or take it to Vauxhall to get done.
