How much can a 2lt Ecotec handle

Apparently Total Vaux is doing a feature on this engine soon, but does anyone know just how strong this engine is?? weak points, strong points??

i had 144bhp from my cavalier 2.0 ecotec, strangely enugh running standard, got the head skimmed and it went like stink! except one of the big end bearings went
so i would say it should take 145 reliably,
Fitted options: Folding mirrors, cruise control, dual tone horn, remap.
    Next: Bluetooth

Just got 140 BHP out of mine in standard form. Mileage is 78k on a 1996 p plate. I would think you should be able to get to at least 150
